Sales Manager (Apparel) Location: Sydney Salary: $125k super This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the end-to-end development process across garment categories and driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Product Development Drive new business and introduce clients across all relevant garment categories. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and seasonal presentations. Develop and manage seasonal product schedules, forecasts, showroom samples, and budgets. Source fabrics and trims with approved vendors and coordinate sample development. Prepare cost sheets for management approval and attend all client presentations and fittings. Production & Development Match vendors to projects and brief them on requirements. Oversee product development, approvals, and production timelines with the Merchandise Manager. Ensure vendor compliance with QA/QC and supplier guidelines. Maintain clear communication with vendors and clients and complete related admin. Reporting Maintain updated trackers and pricing for management and client meetings. Attend weekly internal meetings and assist with ad-hoc reporting. Key Performance Indicators New business wins per season. On-time and in-full delivery (DIFOT) for all orders. Cost compliance by style. Sales budget and GP% targets met or exceeded. Interested?
