Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Working as part of a small team and reporting to the General Manager, your key responsiblities will include but not limited to; Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate with sales and production teams to manage inventory and fulfil customer requirements. Maintain and update customer records, providing exceptional service and support. Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to inform business strategies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships. The Candidate: The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes: Proven experience in sales support or a similar role. Ability to multitask with strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SAP software will be a distinct advantage. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
