The Role We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our client's Melbourne team. This is an on-the-road position with dedicated sales territories, focused on servicing and expanding business with panel shops and insurance companies . The role is centred around growing market presence, building relationships, and driving consistent sales growth within an assigned region. Key Responsibilities Actively visit 10–20 panel shops per day across a set Melbourne territory Build and maintain strong relationships with panel shops and insurance contacts Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to team strategy Work closely with internal sales and after-sales teams Deliver on sales targets and drive business growth within your territory What We’re Looking For Sales experience in the auto parts or automotive services industry Strong understanding of auto insurance claims and valuation processes Proven experience managing major customers and high-volume accounts Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously on the road Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset What’s on Offer $80K base salary Super Uncapped Commission Company car fuel card Mobile phone laptop provided Structured training and ongoing support Work alongside a well-established, high-performing team
