Lead Sales Across VIC, SA, WA & TAS Drive performance & cultural uplift $80-$100M budget, growing team of 11 About the Opportunity: This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created sales leadership role within a leading ASX100 Industrial B2B Business, overseeing a $80M portfolio across Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania. You’ll lead a team of 11 sales professionals, driving the transformation of a legacy-embedded team into a high-performing, customer-focused sales function. With 50% of your time spent in-field, you’ll travel between states as needed, strengthening customer relationships, embedding CRM and sales process disciplines, and setting clear performance expectations. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role serves as the vital link between national strategy and local execution. You’ll leverage your hands-on leadership and commercial acumen to coach, support, and uplift your team—fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and results. With flexibility to work across multiple Melbourne-based offices and some wfh, you’ll be empowered to lead lasting change with the backing of an experienced executive team. About You: You’re a commercially sharp, people-first sales leader with a proven track record leading high-performing teams across complex, multi-region environments. With a collaborative, coaching-led style, you know how to bring out the best in your team while holding them to clear performance standards. You’re confident operating in a contract-driven environment and bring a deep understanding of how to interpret contracts, identify risks, and navigate negotiations with clients. You’ve successfully led teams through transformation, embedding structure, lifting CRM adoption, and shifting cultures toward accountability and excellence. You thrive on change, lead with integrity, and strike the right balance between support and results.
