About the Role We are seeking a Data Engineering Tech Lead to drive the strategic and technical development of an enterprise-wide Azure Data Platform. In this role, you will: Lead the technical direction for the Azure Data Platform. Design, develop, and implement scalable, reusable data pipelines. Drive best practices in data engineering, including metadata management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps. Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of data engineers. Work closely with stakeholders, software vendors, and project teams to deliver business value. What We’re Looking For: 10 years of data engineering experience. Extensive experience using Azure with expertise in Synapse Strong expertise in Python (PySpark), SQL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data modelling and metadata-driven pipeline development. Knowledge of modern Lakehouse architectures and cloud-based platforms like Snowflake. A track record of mentoring teams and driving technical excellence. Financial services or insurance industry experience is highly regarded. Why Apply?
