What You’ll Be Doing: Keeping the office humming with top-notch admin support Booking jobs and coordinating our awesome tradie team Answering phones with a smile (yes, even the weird calls) Managing emails, invoices, and general paperwork like a pro Helping to keep our schedules, quotes, and customer info organized Assist with data entry, filing and maintaining client/job records Requirements Who You Are: Friendly, proactive, and ridiculously organized Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role A great communicator (especially when deciphering tradie speak!)
