About the role Are you seeking a role that allows you to collaborate closer relationships with the customers and build a strong reputable branding on Daikin’s social media platforms. Our Product & Marketing Team in NSW are seeking an Online Sales Coordinator in a 12 Month maternity cover to join the fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring online customer service requests are managed. This role as an Online Sales Coordinator will help manage comments and messages across social medica channels, ensuring users feel heard and supported. You will be responsible on responding to customer reviews and questions on platforms like Google and Product Review, to share insights to help improve serviced delivery. This role will be responsible for but not limited to: • Help monitor lead progress and ensure timely updates and follow-through. • Gather feedback and suggest ideas to improve lead management processes. • Address general enquiries relating to order fulfilment, payment, cancellations across all platforms and marketplaces. • Liaise with Sales Planning dept to ensure stock levels are maintained to forecast. About you We are seeking a customer-orientated team member that possesses the following attributes: • Listens actively and responds with understanding and care, always aiming to create a positive experience for customers. • Communicates confidently and respectfully across channels, adapting tone and language to suit different audiences. • Stays calm and flexible when managing multiple conversations or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Able to work independently and without close supervision, but can seek guidance if required • Prior experience in community management, customer service, or social media moderation. • Hands-on experience responding to customer enquiries across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and review websites. • Exposure to online brand reputation management and knowledge of tone-of-voice and escalation protocols is a plus. • E-Commerce experience managing and process customer orders.
