Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River. D4C is seeking a IT Systems Engineer (Level 3)to join our dynamic,diverseand high performing team in an exciting time of growth. Primary Purpose D4C is seeking a talented IT Systems Engineer (Level 3) with a range of skills to join our team. We are looking for a team member who is going to support the technical infrastructure, day-to-day end-user IT support and maintenance and administration of IT Systems for D4C in a professional and competent manner such that it can provide a high level of service to the business. Key Accountabilities Monitor, follow up and advise users on the progress of outstanding support requests logged into the helpdesk (Jira) system with high level of service. Conduct installation, and configuration of laptops, peripheral equipment, and related software for both Windows and Mac. Conduct installation and software management through Microsoft Intune Experience in Fortinet Firewall, Switch, and Wi-Fi Access Point administration Participate in relevant IT Projects where required Maintain sufficient skills and knowledge that will enable effective support of the environment Work closely with team members to ensure that the technical knowledge is transferred to enable effective backup support Work with the team to provide support coverage between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm weekdays, including lunch time Share knowledge of the technical environment with the ICT Technical Team to enable sufficient support to be provided to the Group Ability to work autonomously, good time management skills, ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with external business partners. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Able to convey complex IT concepts to non-IT users. Essential Certificate/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. Experience in Microsoft Intune Experience of Fortinet Firewalls, Switches, and Wi-Fi Access Points Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office & Office 365. Effective team-player capabilities. Time management and the ability to prioritise work tasks. Knowledge and application of systems software.
