We're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Support Officer to join our friendly and dedicated Housing services team. You'll be someone who loves to stay organised and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. As an Administration Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Housing services. Supporting the Housing Portfolio: You'll be one of the go-to people for all administrative needs, ensuring everything runs efficiently. Handling Financial Tasks: Complete accounts receivable, accounts payable, rent assessments and debt management tasks with precision and provide other essential financial administration support. Supporting Tenants: Keep everything in line with regulations and program requirements, making sure our tenants are well taken care of. Improving Processes: Spot inefficiencies and implement changes to improve our systems. Managing Files and Databases: Keep tenant and property records organised and up to date. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Be the friendly face and helpful voice for both internal and external customers. What do you need to bring? Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Experience in Community Housing or Private Rental sector (desirable). Strong administrative skills with demonstrated experience in record keeping and file management. Effective time management with the ability to prioritise, organise and multitask. Proficient in computer software including databases, MS Office (Word, Excel), and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Who is Believe Housing Australia?
