Join a Team of Innovative & Experienced Professionals Long-standing and Established Company Close-knit Team Environment About the role: Reporting through to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Responding to client enquiries and providing administrative support to Senior Account Managers; Processing new business, renewals, endorsements and quotations accurately and efficiently; Preparing client and insurer correspondence and maintaining updated claims and policy records; Assisting with customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution; Developing knowledge of insurance products, client industries and regulatory requirements; Managing a portfolio of private motor & domestic insurances; and Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive, values-driven work environment. About you: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 months’ in the world of insurance, finance, banking etc. However, we will remain open to all backgrounds.
