Pinnacle Financial Planning is looking for an experienced financial planning support staff member to join the team in our Shepparton office. About the role: You will work with the Financial Planners in the Shepparton office and assist them in looking after their clients. Duties include: Review client preparation and file maintenance Onboarding of new clients Transacting on wrap platforms Handling general client queries Task management and monitoring Other general office administration Some travel to our Kyabram and Echuca offices may be required from time to time. About you: At least 2 years’ experience working in financial planning Proficient user of Microsoft 365 Strong organisational and communication skills Australian citizen or permanent resident A suitable candidate will have the flexibility to work full or part time according to their needs.
