The Opportunity: This is a part-time role offering 9 to 20 hours per week , with flexible working hours , including split shifts and one Saturday in three (approx. 3 hours). Ideal for someone local or based as far as Ferny Grove, who owns their own car. Key Responsibilities: Front-of-house client service — greeting customers and managing bookings Responding to phone and email enquiries Entering and updating information in our booking system (training provided) Maintaining accurate records using Excel and Google Sheets Supporting the team with light administration and coordination tasks Occasionally assisting with feline guests when needed About You: A genuine love for cats is essential Friendly and professional communication style Quick to learn new systems and software Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Reliable, flexible, and comfortable with a changing routine Enjoy working within a small, supportive team Local to the Samford Valley or willing to travel (own transport required) Working Hours: 9–20 hours per week , depending on availability Shifts may be split (e.g. 3 hours morning 3 hours afternoon, or varied slightly) One Saturday every three weeks , approx. 3 hours Location: Cat’s Meow Cattery, Reiners Road, Highvale About Us: Cat’s Meow Cattery is a premium boutique cattery offering a peaceful, luxurious environment for our feline guests.
