Description Client Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare documentation, verify KYC/AML, coordinate asset transfers, and manage closure processes. Reconciliations & Settlements: Perform regular trade, cash, and position reconciliations; process payments; monitor settlements. Reporting & Compliance: Generate portfolio reports (monthly/quarterly/annual); complete tax and regulatory filings (e.g., FATCA, CRS, TFN). Client Service: Handle client queries across channels, update records, and manage access to online portals. Trade Operations: Investigate and resolve trade issues by working with brokers, custodians, and internal teams. Profile The ideal candidate is a highly experienced financial services professional with: 10 years of industry experience in client administration, portfolio operations, and financial reporting A strong understanding of KYC, AML/CTF, and tax compliance (e.g., FATCA, CRS, TFN) Proven ability to manage reconciliations, settlements, and trade issue resolution High proficiency in CRM and portfolio systems such as Salesforce, Praemium, and Xero Exceptional attention to detail, with strong accuracy and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships effectively Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle complex issues Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities, with a proactive and reliable approach This person thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment and is committed to delivering high-quality client service.
