HR Driver with Forklift Licence - Coffs Harbour — Coffs Harbour Region, New South Wales

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Australian manufacturer and distributor of premium surface and building materials. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Driver with forklift skills to join their Coffs Harbour team in a casual ongoing role. This is a hands-on position offering consistent weekday hours, with responsibilities split between local HR truck driving, forklift operation, and general warehouse duties. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with occasional overtime available. Key Responsibilities Complete multi-drop and bulk deliveries on scheduled daily or alternate day runs (Northern runs to Byron Bay, Southern runs to Port Macquarie) Operate both high reach and counterbalance forklifts, primarily loading / unloading trucks with laminate packs up to 3.6m Secure all loads safely using chains and straps in compliance with load restraint standards Support warehouse operations before and after delivery runs, including forklift use, manual handling, and packaging Work within a buddy system, rotating between driving and warehouse duties Assist with loading 2-3 semi-trailers each morning as part of a team Accurately complete delivery documentation and engage professionally with customers Skills & Experience Hold a current HR Truck Licence & Forklift licence Experience with local and regional deliveries Skilled in using high reach and counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or transport setting Comfortable with handling bulky, long, and sheeted goods Experienced in load restraint techniques using chains and straps A reliable team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Willing to pitch in with general hand duties and manual handling tasks as needed Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to customer service Presentable and punctual, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
