Description About the Role: MPK is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administration to join our team based in Brisbane Support Office. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Energy Infrastructure, the Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Commercial team in the development and management of contracts within the project requirements and to prepare, negotiate and review various contracts with a focus toward reducing cost, increasing profits, and ensuring risks are mitigated. Key Responsibilities: Obtains subcontract and supplier quotations for the compilation of bid analysis documentation whilst ensuring/justifying the proposed expenditure of budget. Assists the commercial team in the drafting of contractual documentation for the engagement of third parties. Assists the commercial and engineering team in the timely completion of end of month reporting. Works with Accounts Payable in setting up the project financial system. Collects and analyses data associated with projects undertaken and reporting on project and cost outcomes. Negotiating contract terms with internal and external parties. Skills And Experiences About you: Formal qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Cost Control or equivalent Minimum of 3 years’ relevant industry experience in a similar role High organisational and planning skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and database keeping Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines Works well within a team environment and autonomously Please note: MPK does not accept any unsolicited resume referrals from recruitment agencies.
