Your new role We are seeking a new Service Administration Clerk to ensure all warranty and invoicing processes within the dealership are completed in line with manufacturer allowances and guidelines, and are followed through to completion. Your role will be crucial in continuously improving the warranty process so as to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction, and will also help manage general enquiries and bookings as required.
