About the role We offer an exciting opportunity to join our conveyancing team, and invite applicants looking to work on-site, or in a hybrid or work from home model. We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant or law student to join our team in a full-time role . With the guidance of our Legal Executives and Team Leader, you will work with the firm's client base and be trained in a range of interesting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Preparing all necessary documentation to facilitate the transfer of the property Creating and completing matters on PEXA Liaising with clients and providing regular, professional communication and updates Liaising with all relevant parties Organizing settlements with all relevant parties Calculating settlement figures Preparing for settlement, mostly via Duties Online and PEXA.
