Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administration Coordinators to join the Medicine department. Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role: The Medicine division is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Administration Coordinator -Medicine reporting to the Divisional Director of Medicine, Medicine Division. The role requires management of tasks including Roster-on, pay lock, rostering and leave management for the Medicine division consultant staff. The Medicine division has over 200 consultants and 12 Heads of unit. It entails more than 12 complex rosters to manage and create. The Administration Coordinator -Medicine works closely with the Divisional Director of Medicine HOU and Medicine division personal assistant to ensure all aspects of the division run smoothly. This role requires a proactive solution focused view of managing multiple tasks. Ability to prioritise and adapt is key as they will often be managing multiple tasks across different areas of the division. We are looking for someone who is available a minimum of 0.8-1 EFT To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum 5 years in similar role Customer/Client Facing experience Ability to work in fast paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Understanding rostering and leave management Next Steps . . .
