ICT Support and Test Engineer — Sunshine West, Brimbank Area

To support our business growth and enhance operational efficiency, we are currently recruiting a skilled ICT Support and Test Engineer. This role will play a key part in strengthening our technical support and system optimisation capabilities, ensuring seamless platform performance and service delivery across all channels. Key Responsibilities l Deploy, configure, and integrate company-introduced AI tools, ensuring stable operation and regular maintenance, such as threat detection systems, payment troubleshooting tools, auto product listing systems, AI chatbots, inventory sync, and return handling tools. l Implement and maintain IT security measures using AI-driven threat detection tools to prevent data breaches and transaction tampering. l Manage and maintain core ERP modules including order processing, inventory synchronization, logistics tracking, and HR management to ensure data accuracy and system stability. l Support the development and testing of the sports equipment mini-program, including key modules like shopping cart, coupons, and payments to ensure compatibility and user experience. l Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including office network setup, email systems, and device support, providing prompt technical assistance to internal staff. l Provide technical support for e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay), including API integration and chatbot configuration to ensure smooth system connectivity and basic customer inquiry handling. l Deliver IT support and training to staff on key internal systems (e-commerce platform backends, ERP systems, and website management portals), streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency. l Manage backend system tools, including permission settings, access control, and system diagnostics to ensure secure, compliant, and stable system operations. l Regularly test payment gateways, backend systems, and integrations with e-commerce platforms to identify system issues and performance bottlenecks, and drive optimization. l Develop and update internal IT documentation to standardize knowledge management and operational procedures. Required Skills and Experience l Diploma or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field. l 5 years of experience in ICT support or QA/testing roles. l Professional experience in maintaining online payment systems and digital platforms. l Proven track record in implementing data encryption, access controls, and cyber security best practices. l Ability to collect, manage, and analyze data effectively. l Have been involved in fault diagnosis, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
