The Opportunity: Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level? We're seeking a enthusiastic IT Operations Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Provide Level 1 technical support for end-user service desk requests, ensuring timely resolution within SLA requirements. Manage and configure user accounts, ensuring appropriate access rights and permissions. Monitor and manage Service Desk ticketing queue, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff with detailed documentation. Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, including computers, printers, and mobile devices. Administer Office 365, Active Directory, and other environments, ensuring proper functionality and user access. Collaborate with teams to share knowledge, improve IT operations, and support AV conferencing systems like MS Teams and Zoom. About you: 3 year of experience in IT support/help desk, both remotely and on-site. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and remote desktop tools. Experience with AV conferencing systems like MS Teams and Zoom. Familiar with Azure, Intune, and IT security best practices. IT certifications (CompTIA A, Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL V4 Foundation) and excellent customer service skills/ Want to know more? apply now!
