About the Role: You will join a high-performing Reliability team, taking the lead on fault-finding, technical investigations, and delivering long-term electrical reliability improvements across an integrated facility that includes Ammonia, Nitric Acid, and Ammonium Nitrate plants. This role offers hands-on involvement across low and high voltage systems, transformers, turbine generators, and advanced instrumentation and more — with the autonomy to manage projects from concept through to execution. Initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, there is strong potential for a permanent role based on performance and fit. Ideal Candidate: Able to relocate to Biloela QLD for at least 12 months (relocation package available) Unrestricted working rights in Australia. Qualified Electrical Engineer with proven post qualification experience in an operational plant environment. Heavy industrial background preferred (chemical, petrochemical, mining, or manufacturing). Exposure to instrumentation and/or High Voltage and transformers. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to lead and influence others.
