The role: As the People & Culture Administrator, you will provide essential support across a broad range of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, managing compliance requirements, administering the HRIS, and preparing employment documentation. You’ll also support recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects, while ensuring all practices align with internal policies and legislative requirements. In addition, you’ll conduct regular compliance audits and contribute to reporting activities, providing accurate data and insights to support informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys improving systems, and is passionate about supporting a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Previous experience in human resource administration. Professional experience preparing and managing data and reports to a high level of accuracy. Well-developed verbal and literacy skills. An ability to contribute positively to the culture and values of the organisation. Extensive computer and information technology experience including HRIS software (Employment Hero and Chris21 desired). A professional and flexible manner with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Why work at Gateways?
