A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts/Administration Manager to oversee the development and upkeep of organizational procedures and systems covering various aspects such as sales order processing, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and scheduling. Additionally, engaging with major customers and suppliers to foster strong relationships. Having grown from a small tool-making business to a company that employs many skilled technicians, trades persons and process workers. Description As Accounts/Administration Manager, you will be the heartbeat of this small family owned and operated company. Delivering a wide range of duties with a primary focus on the following: Develop and maintain organizational procedures and systems including filing, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and scheduling. Process Sales orders as per quality management system with a high level of attention to detail Liaise with customers and suppliers Improve employee and customer retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts. Maintain clarity and precision in all transactions and ensure that accurate records are kept and updated daily. Provide customer service for phone & face to face inquiries Maintain employee records Process weekly payroll Process and submit WorkCover and Insurance payments Prepare EFT and foreign exchange payments Oversee accounts payable and receivable Manage purchase orders, creditors and debtors within the accounting system Profile To be considered for this fantastic role, you will be available Monday to Friday in office 8am - 4pm daily.
