About the Role As a D365 CE Analyst Engineer, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end solution development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, while also supporting continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the technology stack. Designing, developing, and deploying solutions in D365 CE and Power Platform Leading secure coding and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions Providing technical leadership and mentoring across the development team Supporting system maintenance, issue resolution, and incident management Driving continuous improvement through Agile delivery and code quality initiatives About You You’re a results-driven professional with deep expertise in D365 CE and a strong understanding of modern development practices. You enjoy working collaboratively and are confident in both leading and executing complex technical solutions. 7–10 years in software development, including 3 years focused on D365 CE Proficiency in .Net C#, Power Platform, and Azure Integration Services Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and secure coding principles Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related discipline
