About the Role They are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Sales Administration Lead to join their high performing team in Belrose. You will be required to work onsite 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with free onsite parking. This is an estimated 2-month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to go permanent. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for processing and management of customer orders for consumer, ATP and distributors. This role will also require you to utilise an inventory system and support the wider supply chain team with administrative functions. Responsibilities Deliver high level professional customer service Act as the first point of contact, answering enquiries, providing stock availability information and support High volume processing of customer orders from a variety of channels including online stores, email orders, staff, congresses and conferences Process manual orders, making any necessary changes to orders as required Monitor changes to orders, ensuring payments are reapplied when needed Oversee and coordinate sales documentation for outbound shipments whilst considering country and customer requirements including COA’s clearance and invoices Creation of department invoices against cost codes Follow up delivery ETA’s and shipment details for customers Communicate with inventory team to ensure stock levels and product availability whilst mitigating issues to orders and fulfillments Provide updates to the broader team on outbound order processing issues Create and maintain customer details into the system Prepare end of month reports on outstanding orders to CEO Lead, mentor and drive performance and development of the Sales Administration Officer Guide the Sales Administration Officer to ensure accurate stock management and efficient workflows Ensure compliance with best practices About You Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Immaculate presentation, confident, and professional with an exceptional customer service delivery Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS office suite and Salesforce Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines High attention to detail Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Demonstrated Senior or Lead Sales Administration experience Proven customer service and order management experience Knowledge of inventory management system and supply chain processes Health, Medical, Cosmetics Industry experience highly advantageous Previous invoice processing and CRM software experience Flexibility to work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday in Belrose Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
