Due to the approval of new projects, our client is seeking a Capital Projects Administrator to be responsible for project administration within the capital engineering group. About the Role Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, key duties include: Prepare weekly & monthly reports using SAP & Excel. Work directly with Project Engineers & Project Managers & assist with project planning & scheduling. Ensure costs are allocated against project budgets. Prepare and enter Purchase Orders in SAP. Perform various admin. duties include presentations, planning meetings & scheduling tasks. Effectively liaise with all internal and external key stakeholders. About You The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience: Self motivated proactive candidate with a "can do" attitude. Sound project administration in an engineering environment. Sound MS Office Skills such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Experience in MS Project & SAP (or other CRM systems). Well developed interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to liaise at all levels & work autonomously.
