Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Trainee to join our Human Resources team on an initial 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive and professional environment. Your Role As a HR Administration Trainee, you will support the HR team in a broad range of administrative tasks and processes, including: Assisting with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes Maintaining employee records and HR databases Coordinating training and development activities Helping with employee engagement and internal communication initiatives Providing general administrative support across HR functions Your Profile We are looking for someone who is: Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Highly organised with strong attention to detail A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role will be an advantage but is not essential.
