The Role UGL is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to play a pivotal role in our Telecommunications line of business. This newly created role arises from expanding work volumes in our NBN NDM program. You'll be responsible for the planning, scheduling, construction, and integration of simplex builds across NSW, VIC, & QLD. Reporting directly to the National Project Manager, you'll manage the delivery of 'ticket of work' projects with a strong technical focus on high-level data management. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, deliver, and monitor projects in line with contractual scope and budget. Manage cross-functional project delivery teams across NSW, QLD, and VIC. Define program requirements, apply risk management, and develop contingency plans. Ensure smooth delivery phases from forecasting to completion and client reporting. Uphold safety, health, and environmental practices in alignment with UGL's standards. About You A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Telecommunications. Proven experience in ticket-of-work style/on-demand projects ideally within the Telco industry. An understanding of civil construction Proficiency in Office 365 Suite including Power BI Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
