Payment Acceptance GTM & Sales Mobilisation sits within the Client Solutions COE in the Payment Acceptance team in EBB and provides a dedicated focus on delivering go- to- market strategies and execution plans, both for new and existing propositions, to enable the delivery of strategic objectives around growth and retaining market share The Role. The Payment Acceptance GTM & Sales Mobilisation Chapter Lead is responsible for leading all prioritised go to market campaigns to enable the delivery of strategic objectives and growth. As Chapter Lead of GTM & Sales Mobilisation you will manage and lead the planning and execution of Marketing & Sales enablement plans as well as coaching, uplifting and deepening of the GTM & Sales mobilisation capability uplift across the team to drive continuous improvement. You will support the Crew Leads and Product Owners and add value by bringing outside industry knowledge into the Group. It’s critical that you work closely and build relationships with a variety of internal teams to get plans over the line, on time and budget and drive the OKRs and sales targets defined. Your reporting lines and team You will lead and work in a small but dedicated team that supports GTM & Sales Mobilisation across the Payment Acceptance ecosystem and will report into the COE lead Client Solutions Payment Acceptance. Your responsibilities will include: Lead go to market plans that include both marketing and sales enablement plans to drive acquisition and growth targets against our new proposition model across various modalities and target markets for new and in life launches Lead and support events that will support Acquisition and growth in market share, driving an annual GTM plan that proves evidence of ROI in line with vertical propositions Drive project delivery as it relates to go to market plans for both business and customer readiness from design through to implementation and measurement, with the right urgency, raise and resolve issues pertaining to delivery blockers proactively. Work in a quarterly rhythm to deliver, plan and iterate based on customer and business feedback, target acquisition figures, value proposition, leveraging channels and interventions that prove impact Have a firm view of the competitive landscape and look to work with Product Marketing to narrate and differentiate our value proposition in market in a way that will drive acquisition. Drive activities that will uplift the way we support the front line with the confidence to sell our products and be successful Protect the Bank’s reputation and represent the bank at internal and external forums. We’re interested in hearing from people who have: Extensive experience in GTM & Sales Mobilisation specifically in E-commerce, merchant product or payments with experience in the verticals of transit, education, retail, hospitality, health being a benefit A proven track record of delivering successful GTM campaigns and mobilising sales teams to drive the sale of technology Experienced people manager with sound leadership and coaching skills and an interest in deepening and teaching/uplifting capability of others Superior strategic thinking and critical analysis skillset – ability to conceptualise solution Sound stakeholder management and influencing skills Exposure to marketing, sales and/or Fintechs Strong numerical, commercial and conceptual analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify fundamental economic and business issues Results oriented, and motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and be successful Understanding of industry dynamics, risks, trends and regulatory environment.
