The Business: Our client is a well-established wholesale and distribution company representing many leading international equine brands throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. They are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic person to join their successful team. An experienced sales representative with a strong track record in building and maintaining relationships. The Role: This is a full time position, hybrid role which will see you on the road most of the time. Ideally you will be based in Central Melbourne or West Melbourne. In your fully maintained vehicle you will be travelling to the stockists from around Melbourne, Regional VIC and S.A. They work on a seasonal, 6 cycle year, so a typical quarter consists of at least 6-8 weeks of travel with any non-travel time being used to plan, follow up, document and develop strategies for this customer data base. This time is hybrid. You can take ownership of your role and thrive on exceeding your targets and contributing to the business outcomes. You will have full autonomy, and ongoing support and training to ensure your success will be achieved.
