Our client is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B2) to join a leading aviation company based in Perth. Full-Time Role | Seven-on, Seven-off Roster Day & Evening Shifts (No Night Shifts) About the client: The company operates a fleet of regional aircraft and has built a strong reputation in the industry for providing high-quality charter services. Key Responsibilities: Perform aircraft maintenance operations safely and in full compliance with relevant regulations. Ensure all maintenance tasks meet the highest engineering standards. Coordinate with flight crews and pilots for preflight inspections and maintenance operations. Keep accurate maintenance records and scheduling logs. Essential Criteria: B2 CASA Licence and Dash 8 100/200/300 type rating . Valid Driver's License. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial aircraft maintenance role. Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Able to work effectively within a team environment. Capability to obtain or hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues on aircraft. Experience with aviation maintenance software and tools. Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to stay updated on the latest industry technologies and standards.
