Job Title Helpdesk Administrator Job Description Summary Helpdesk Administrator is responsible to drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Helpdesk Coordinators are responsible for the following activities: Responding to accounts payable (AP) queries via phone and email Reprinting remittances and providing payment updates to vendors Working closely with internal teams to resolve AP issues efficiently Managing invoice-related queries with accuracy and speed Supporting vendor satisfaction through timely and clear communication What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable Familiarity with JDE (preferred), QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar software Strong understanding of accounting principles Great attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Excel and general office software Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team Why You’ll Love This Role: As a Helpdesk Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving accounts payable queries and ensuring smooth operations between our vendors and internal teams.
