About the role In this role you will provide support to the Engineering Team within the Sustainable Infrastructure Business Group by managing data, overseeing cost control, schedule status, and change control, while providing project performance analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the implementation of standardized data management practices across Engineering, ensuring alignment with enterprise data and technology strategies. Deliver training and ongoing support to Engineering staff in the use of digital data capture and visualization tools. Generate timely and accurate reports on Engineering performance to support the successful delivery of Capital and Operational projects. Support the Lead Engineering Delivery Services in overseeing and managing variations to the Service Agreement Framework. Track and maintain approved changes in relevant systems and tools, ensuring alignment of cost and schedule baselines and forecasts with the current approved scope of work and approval limits. About the Person An ideal candidate will have proven experience using PowerBI, display solid business analysis skills and in scheduling and planning and reporting. To be successful in this role, it is necessary to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, whilst ensuring data accuracy is maintained and the cost information is accurate Appropriate engineering and/or business qualification certificate or equivalent. Demonstrated business analyst skills in a multi-project environment. Proven ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and convey ideas or changes to existing processes with influence. The ability to hit the ground running with limited supervision. Proven experience in one or more areas of cost control/management, project or business management, project/program scheduling, planning, and reporting. Our Industry is like no other.
