Contracts Administrator — Brisbane CBD, Brisbane

From sustainable lodge builds to implementing systems that protect both budgets and the environment, you will play a key part in keeping our projects on track and running smoothly. Working closely with our Projects & Assets team and a range of stakeholders, your work will help shape the future of responsible tourism in Australia. Your role in the journey Reporting to the Projects & Assets Manager , you will manage build and fitout contracts and suppliers ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Working with internal and external project managers, site teams and stakeholders, you’ll oversee the seamless execution of contracts and project documentation, while implementing efficient systems and processes for project data reporting. Key responsibilities will include: Data Analysis & Reporting Support Project Managers and the Projects & Assets team on remote project delivery in locations including Uluru, Cradle Mountain and Binna Burra Collect and analyze project data (budgets, schedules, resource usage) Create regular reports for project performance, risks, and KPIs Use data to support procurement strategies Contract Management Assist with cost management, project scheduling, and tracking progress against deadlines Maintain organised record keeping associated with contracts, programs and request for information (RFI’s) Administer, execute & monitor contracts and service agreements, for correct pricing and information Assist with tender processes, variations, design reviews, and scope documentation Support dispute resolution and contract-related escalations Stakeholder Communication Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders Act as liaison between legal, procurement, technical teams, and external contractors Resolve contract-related queries efficiently and diplomatically Compliance & Documentation Ensure contracts comply with company policies, environmental standards, and legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date documentation and digital records in relevant systems What you will bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract administration (building sector) is preferred however candidates with less experience may be considered if supported by a relevant degree Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Admin is preferred however a Certificate IV in a relevant field may be acceptable if supported by additional relevant experience Strong understanding of building construction and contract admin Confidence with budget control, scheduling, and contractor negotiation Strong communication and stakeholder skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Bonus points if you also bring: Familiarity with contract admin platforms such as Procore, Build Log, or Build Trend Knowledge of national building regulations Why work with us?
