The Role As a Senior/Associate Structural Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Leading project delivery from concept design through to construction, ensuring technical excellence Playing a key role in business development and client engagement, including maintaining and expanding existing relationships Identifying new opportunities and contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives Overseeing project financials including fee proposals, resourcing, budgeting, and profitability Managing and mentoring engineers and drafters within the team, fostering a high-performance culture Peer review of design work and documentation to ensure quality and compliance Representing the business in client meetings, presentations, and industry forums Contributing to the continual improvement of systems, processes, and design standards About You To be successful in this role you will have: A minimum of 8 years of relevant structural engineering experience within the Australian market Relevant tertiary qualifications (Structural/Civil Engineering) CPEng accreditation Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams and/ or projects Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships A track record of driving business performance through technical and commercial contributions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and influence A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for growing business and people What's on Offer On offer is the chance to join a forward-thinking, people-focused consultancy with a genuine commitment to leadership development.
