The Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide Reception services and general assistance to patients, visitors and staff Collection and completion of accurate patient demographics Direct patients and visitors to appropriate ward Provide general clerical support Admit patients and receipt patient excess payments on admission What you bring High degree of initiative and self motivation in working autonomously and as part of a team Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) For further information please contact Hayley Jacobson - Patient Administration Manager via email [email protected] About Calvary We are a leading provider of quality, integrated care that puts our patients, residents and clients at the centre of everything we do.
