We are excited to offer the role of System Administrator for our Learning Management System (LMS) The role performs LMS administrative, content builds/go lives and reporting functions in support of the Education teams in Australia, Malaysia and Thailand. All regulatory compliance needs, data accuracy and integrity is crucial to the quality that underpins the education content on the platform. This is a permanent part time role of 3 days a week, reporting to a Head of Operations and will be required to be working at either of our NSW based work sites in Surry Hills and/or Warriewood. Responsibilities include: Management and administration of the LMS that includes regular course content, assessment, evaluation builds, CPD updates, event setups and content testing. Testing new LMS code versions and releases. Creation of test logins for content testing. Perform LMS reporting and provide data insights. Manage the master education content and reporting records for all LMS education content. Who are you? Prior work experience as a LMS systems administrator or with general system administrator experience. Prior administrator knowledge of web-based solutions and data analysis. Experience in administering Continued Professional Development (CPD) records and CPD related reporting. Possess working knowledge of LMS program, course, event, evaluation and quiz building; banner and image embedding on the LMS home page; LMS back end and Reporting Bridge reporting. Possess working knowledge of SiteCore. Possess working knowledge of the education course development lifecycle. Intermediate knowledge of the end-to-end procurement process.
