About the Role: As the Administration Officer , you will be responsible for providing a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service to support the smooth operation of the hospital and residential aged care facilities. This role is critical in delivering exceptional service at the hospital's reception and across various administrative functions. Key responsibilities include: Offering outstanding customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, both in person and over the phone. Maintaining accurate data entry in various systems, including EMR, Leecare, Working Systems, CME, Oracle, Basware, and CHRIS21. Supporting administrative functions across hospital operations and residential aged care, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Handling a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, records management, and assisting with day-to-day hospital operations. What We’re Looking For: A high level of competency in the use of computers, work processing and office administration processes and procedures.
