This position not only places you at the front line of a globally respected luxury name, it also offers clear progression into an Assistant Boutique Manager role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience by anticipating and responding to customer needs. Provide expert guidance on the brand’s collections, materials, and craftsmanship to support confident purchasing decisions. Showcase the brand’s range with passion and precision, highlighting the unique elements of each timepiece. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client retention and repeat business. Handle high-value transactions and confidential client information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Skills & Experience Experience in luxury retail or high-end client service, ideally within timepieces. Proven ability to deliver personalised service and build lasting client relationships. A strong sales mindset with confidence in upselling and closing premium transactions. Passion for luxury timepieces or an eagerness to grow in the watch industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a refined, customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using CRM and retail systems to support the sales process and client engagement.
