ABOUT THE ROLE Are you passionate about agriculture and enjoy connecting with people? Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Internal Sales professional to join our growing team. This is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll play a key part in supporting our external sales team, engaging with clients, and helping farmers and agribusinesses get the most from our innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to follow up on leads Assisting with the onboarding of new clients Providing product and service information to customers Supporting the external sales team with admin and coordination Maintaining accurate records in our CRM Participating in occasional site visits to better understand client needs This role can be based in Mildura or Adelaide , but our client is open to remote candidates located in regional Western Victoria or South Australia who understand the agricultural landscape. ABOUT YOU You’re a confident communicator with a genuine interest in agriculture and rural communities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
