About The Role Join our team as the Sales and Marketing Executive and dive into an exhilarating adventure! Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in our dynamic Sales and Marketing Team, where your creativity and innovation will truly shine. You will help develop captivating sales and marketing campaigns that not only showcase the beauty and excitement of all that we have to offer but also engage and inspire travellers from all corners of the globe. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to : Assisting in the delivery of all Cruise Whitsundays marketing campaigns, ensuring effective planning, execution, and analysis of results. Producing, scheduling, and posting engaging content across all social media platforms while managing accounts and responding to comments, reviews, and inquiries to foster community engagement. Cultivating and managing relationships with social media influencers, including planning and hosting annual influencer events to maximise exposure for Cruise Whitsundays. Updating and maintaining website content using WordPress and liaising with media partners and lead suppliers to strengthen promotional efforts. Briefing and assisting in the creation of various marketing assets (digital, visual, print, audio) and managing all marketing administrative tasks, including email distribution and online booking engine responsibilities. About You We are looking for a candidate who blends creativity with analytical skills and has a strong understanding of social media strategy. You should excel at building relationships with influencers and media partners while being organised and detail-oriented in managing marketing campaigns.
