What you’ll be doing: Provide first and second-level technical support to users through the internal ticketing system Troubleshoot software issues for both internal staff and external clients Collaborate with the development team to escalate bugs and feature requests Maintain and improve support documentation and user onboarding processes Monitor internal system performance and flag issues early, running tests regularly Work across teams to assist in product rollouts, updates, and continuous improvements Be a key part of the support team, helping shape service delivery through growth Experience required: 3 years in an application support role, ideally working for a SaaS, ERP or CRM company Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-first mindset with a positive, proactive approach Comfortable with Windows environments and Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment About the company: You will work for an innovative, purpose-led tech company based in Charlestown, NSW.
