Responsibilities Providing high-quality technical support for AV and video conferencing systems Ensuring all AV equipment is fully operational, secure, and functioning effectively by diagnosing and resolving faults promptly. Experience with Windows operating systems Logging all bookings, service requests, and incidents accurately, adhering to internal procedures and documentation standards.
