Role Overview: Working closely with the Asset and Property Management Team, the Property Lease Administrator will be responsible for the general maintenance and accuracy of lease/tenant information within ESR’s YARDI system. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the property side implementation, development and administration of Yardi is maintained to the business’ standard; Interpret lease agreements in Yardi, or other platforms used; Set up, update, and manage property and lease information within Yardi; Manage monthly invoicing process and ensure rental charges and tenant direct recovery charges are billed accurately; Receipt tenant’s payment, reconcile tenant’s accounts if required Manage tenant arrears and issue arrears reminder letters when required; Update outgoings budgets, raise outgoings reconciliation chargers and issue the notice to tenants; Process write off, refund and other required tenant’s account adjustments Maintain up to date registers of the following items: Original Legal Documents Bank Guarantees Tenant Insurances (PI) Monitor rent review requirements and ensure CPI/Fixed reviews are applied and Market Reviews (AM/PM responsible) are up to date; Develop and maintain efficient management processes with the Head of Asset Management and Property and Finance Team; Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property/administration experience; It is preferred that the successful candidate will hold or is completing a property degree or equivalent and has a good understanding of leases and the lease management process; Working knowledge of property management systems, Yardi preferred but not essential Microsoft Office (Intermediate), including Excel, Word & Outlook
