The Opportunity We’re looking for a skilled Backup and Storage Engineer to take charge of implementing and maintaining secure, high-performance storage and backup solutions across our enterprise IT environment. In this critical role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring business continuity by managing storage platforms, executing disaster recovery strategies, and fine-tuning data protection processes. You'll also be responsible for capacity planning and optimising the performance of our enterprise storage infrastructure. About you: In-depth knowledge of backup and storage technologies including but not limited to IBM, Nutanix HCI, HPE, Veeam and Virtualisation technologies with relevant certifications such as IBM, Nutanix, VMware or equivalent industry experience is highly desirable. Proven track record in executing disaster recovery strategies. Ability to automate backup operations using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages. Provide On-Call support on rotational basis if required.
