The Role: Working alongside an experienced and talented leadership team within a state-of-the-art showroom, as the Assistant New Car Sales Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of ‘ Complete Customer Satisfaction’ . With a stacked range of new vehicle stock, including the BMW X series and M models, you’ll have the opportunity to service an untapped consumer market, generate fulfilling customer connections while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure . Our vision for this role is to enable you to maximise your sales targets while delivering a seamless customer experience for every customer. The successful candidate will possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems and have excellent operational skills to help assist the New Vehicle department. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.
