Multiple Maintenance Officer roles - Casual (WHV encouraged to apply) Your new company We have multiple casual maintenance opportunities across a variety of sectors from councils, government, private schools and commercial sites and these sites are CBD-based, inner west, Western Sydney and North Sydney. Your new role In these roles you will be working as a Maintenance Officer/Handyperson providing all-around general maintenance for the site and manual handling. Your responsibilities will be as follows : Painting/Patching Basic plumbing work, such as leaky taps etc. Basic electrical work, changing light globes or socket plates. Manual handling and event set-ups (More specific to private schools and councils) Using reporting tools to adhere to and record works completed Fixing door handles, locks and other ad hoc requests. Proactive approach and identifying hazards and faults around the site. What you'll need to succeed Previous maintenance or relevant trade experience Ability to pass a police check and obtain a working with children's check Strong communication skills and being able to work with a variety of stakeholders. Ability to undertake manual handling tasks. Driver's Licence What you'll get in return You will get the fantastic opportunity to work on potential high-end sites, with ongoing and consistent work.
