The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Middleware Engineer to join our team and lead the implementation of identity governance and middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow and hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role requires a strong ability to design, develop and deploy integrations that connect identity management workflows with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (e.g., user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting) Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions Develop and configure APIs, connectors, and workflows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Active Directory and other cloud applications Perform data transformation, message routing and error handling in middleware solutions Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability, scalability and performance Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment activities following DevOps best practices Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity management and middleware integration Required Skills and Experience 5 years of experience in middleware integration and identity management Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests) Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, DataWeave, connectors) Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols Experience with identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance workflows Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and CI/CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field Certifications: SailPoint Certified Implementation Professional (SCIPro), MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) Understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and SaaS applications Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP) (Desired but not essential) Project Management certifications (Prince 2/PMP/Agile PM/AIPM certified or equivalent) What’s in it for you?
