Key Responsibilities Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a network administrator role Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution Ability to set up and configure server hardware Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, F5, and Cisco technologies Preferred Certifications Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) or Checkpoint Certified Security Expert (CCSE) Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) or Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or equivalent Azure certifications What you’ll love about working here We recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
