Senior Reliability Engineer The successful individual will support the achievement of our business objective of electrical transmission/distribution system reliability through the development of strategies and initiatives for management of asset performance to meet corporate KPIs as well as advise on maintenance and continuous improvement of the network assets in accordance with corporate and divisional systems, frameworks to deliver safe, reliable and quality power supply within operational budgets. This position is a permanent full-time role based at Bentley. Your role will include: • Developing and implementing analysis methods to determine performance of electrical transmission/distribution systems and asset classes in order to improve system reliability including review/development of asset criticality, asset condition assessment criteria • Reviewing Horizon Power’s electrical transmission/distribution system reliability performance and identify and develop pragmatic (short term) opportunities to improve current system performance under the direction of System Performance Manager • Identifying and managing the development of reliability driven strategies and improvement initiatives for management of electrical transmission/distribution asset performance • Developing a repeatable approach and protocols to continually review and improving Horizon Power’s electrical transmission/distribution system reliability • Promoting long term strategic programs to increase efficiency of Horizon Power's assets referencing long term planning objectives You will have: • A Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, suitable professional qualifications and experience.
